Remote Console, Power Management

I'm looking for a remote console and power management solution for unmanned
POP's. Ideally, this would be one box that has telnet and modem capability,
as well as SNMP features. Does anyone know of such a box? I have
experimented with Western Telematic boxes, but have been disappointed with
the interface.
